Spaghetti with Meatballs

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • a sprig of parsley, minced
  • salt and pepper
  1. Gently mix all the ingredients with your hands.
  2. Roll into one or two inch wide balls.
  3. Brown quickly in a little grapeseed or olive oil, then simmer in a tomato sauce until done, about an hour.
  4. Serve over pasta with freshly grated Parmesan.
