Spaghetti with Meatballs
entree
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound lean ground pork
- breadcrumbs
- Parmesan
- 1 egg, beaten
- a sprig of parsley, minced
- salt and pepper
- Gently mix all the ingredients with your hands.
- Roll into one or two inch wide balls.
- Brown quickly in a little grapeseed or olive oil, then simmer in a tomato sauce until done, about an hour.
- Serve over pasta with freshly grated Parmesan.
