- 1/8 cup oatmeal
- small handful of almonds and raisins
- 1/4 cup almond milk or milk
- drop of vanilla
- pinch of salt
- teaspoon of maple syrup
- blueberries, banana, or other fresh fruit
- Chop the oatmeal in a food processor briefly.
- Mix the oatmeal, raisins, almonds, salt, and vanilla, and milk and let sit at least 10 minutes.
- Stir, drizzle with maple syrup, and top with fresh fruit if you have some.
