Jelly Tots

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • jelly or jam
  1. Mix.
  2. Roll into little balls.
  3. Make a depression in each ball with thumb; fill with jelly or jam.
  4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while still warm.

Servings: Makes 3 dozen cookies
