Cranberry Toast

entree
  • A big handful of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, or to taste
  • Optional: pinch of apple pie spices, or ground cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg
  1. Grind cranberries in a mouli, food processor, blender, or with a knife, or use leftover pulp from Cranberry Juice.
  2. Mash cranberries and sugar into butter.
  3. Spread over hot toast. Optionally sprinkle a little more sugar on top.
