Cranberry Toast
entree
- A big handful of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, or to taste
- Optional: pinch of apple pie spices, or ground cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Grind cranberries in a mouli, food processor, blender, or with a knife, or use leftover pulp from Cranberry Juice.
- Mash cranberries and sugar into butter.
- Spread over hot toast. Optionally sprinkle a little more sugar on top.
