Potato Crust for Pot Pie or Casseroles

- 2 medium white potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- flour (enough to make dough soft, about 1/2 cup)
- Nuke the potatoes 3 minutes each side and mash with a little milk, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of butter. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the order given.
- Roll to about desired thickness, 1/8 or 1/4".
- Put a filling (turkey, chicken, beef...) in a 9" pie plate. Put crust on top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 or until lightly browned.
