Cheese Twists
entree
- 1 lb Bova's (or other) pizza dough
- Parmesan cheese, microplaned or finely grated
- dash cayenne or hot red pepper flakes
- olive oil
- Stir a pinch of cayenne into the Parmesan.
- Roll out dough to a thin rectangle.
- Brush with oil.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Slice into strips about 1/2 inch wide by 4 inches long.
- Twist each slice and pinch ends down onto a greased cookie pan.
- Bake at 425 about 8 minutes, til golden.
