Cheese Twists

entree
  • 1 lb Bova's (or other) pizza dough
  • Parmesan cheese, microplaned or finely grated
  • dash cayenne or hot red pepper flakes
  • olive oil
  1. Stir a pinch of cayenne into the Parmesan.
  2. Roll out dough to a thin rectangle.
  3. Brush with oil.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Slice into strips about 1/2 inch wide by 4 inches long.
  6. Twist each slice and pinch ends down onto a greased cookie pan.
  7. Bake at 425 about 8 minutes, til golden.
