Granita di Limone

- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- lemon halves from the juiced lemons
- 1 and 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Stir the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lemon.
- Pour into a jar and put in the freezer.
- After 30 minutes, stir to break up the ice.
- Repeat every 20 minutes until it's slushy-frozen.
- Peel the pulp out of the lemon halfs, and cut a tiny bit off the end of each lemon so that they'll sit flat on a plate.
- Fill each half with granita, and serve.
